Parallel 2" for Refractive Index Measurement
The refractive index measurement in Abbe-mode is possible for refractive angles up to arcsin (1/n). Thus, the refractive angle is limited to approximately 42°. For refractive angles between 40° and 60°, the refractive index has to be measured in "minimum of deflection" against a double-sided mirror.

Optical Expansion Systems & Attenuator
For the product Interferometer VI direct series are an optical expansion system from clear aperture 100 mm onto 150 mm and a attenuator for intense reflecting specimens in horizontal set-up (radius measurement unit) available.
Note: The optical expansion system and the attenuator cannot be used with other products!

Optical Expansion System
MÖLLER-WEDEL OPTICAL GmbH offers an optical expansion system for the Interferometer VI direct 100, to expand the clear aperture from 100 mm onto 150 mm. So specimens can be determined upto a diameter of 150 mm. The system can e.g. be combined with the reference flat D 150.
